• Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, décor, etc.)
   
• Dust baseboards (light dusting) and spot-clean marks as needed
   
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
   
• Sweep and mop hard floors
   
• Straighten and reset rooms for a clean, welcoming appearance
   
• Make beds (fresh linens changed if clean sets are left out and accessible)
   

General

• Clean fingerprints on high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, remotes—when accessible)
   
• Remove cobwebs in reachable corners
   
• Final walkthrough to ensure the home is clean, presentable, and ready
   

Notes

• Standard Cleaning is for routine upkeep. Heavy buildup, excessive mess, interior appliance cleaning, inside cabinets/oven/fridge, or detailed baseboard scrubbing may require a Deep Clean or an added service.
   
• For best results, we recommend scheduling a Deep Clean for first-time service or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently.
   

A detailed top-to-bottom reset including everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, doors/frames, light switches, vents, ceiling fans, inside cabinets (as needed), extra buildup removal in kitchens and bathrooms, detailed tile/grout scrubbing, and deep attention to high-touch and hard-to-reach areas.

We totally understand homeowners may want to be present, but we strongly prefer the home to be vacant during cleanings. It allows our team to work efficiently, follow a consistent checklist, and move room-to-room without interruptions or safety concerns. When someone is home, it can slow progress, create delays in accessing areas, and increase the chance of missed details. For the best, most thorough results—and to respect everyone’s comfort and privacy—we ask that homeowners step out during the service whenever possible.

We regularly handle same-day turnovers at no additional charge as long as the home is left in normal condition. If there is excessive cleanup needed—such as heavy dog or cat hair, strong odors, stained linens, extra trash, spilled food/drinks, sand/mud, or other mess beyond a standard reset—additional fees may apply to cover the extra time and labor required to get the home truly guest-ready.
